Hello all! We are rapidly approaching our month-end transition to Canada, and seems like everywhere we turn there is more to do. Funny how I waited til this month to fix everything broken in this old house of ours. We have some wonderful friends who have shown up to help, and sometimes they just end up telling me what to do…which I like! We are having to let go of a lot of STUFF that we have accumulated over these many years. Every tool, every electronic gadget, every book, every CD, every shovel and rake, every pillow and towel, every bicycle, everything…has to be considered for packing, storing, or selling/dumping. Wow…not sure I ever realized this kind of challenge was so challenging!
You can keep us in your prayers in the following ways:
- That we won’t lose our minds in these last few weeks
- That we will find a place to live in Abottsford in Sept…options are still open
- That we will be able to find renters for our house and 2-bed condo that just came up
- That our kids will make it through this transition having seen God in it all
- That we will be reminded daily why we are doing this…seems crazy
- For spiritual protection…and for unity

We will be in Abbotsford to start school and training by Sept 3rd, we hope, and then back in Fresno in mid-December.
