Winding down...for a bit.

Tomorrow is December 1, which will mean we have 2.5 weeks left in our MTE training program here in Abbotsford. Wow...time has flown by. Our friend Edd, who went through this process last year, said it would. Now comes the time to try and pack in dinners and special times with those we have come to know, appreciate, and love in our time here. Three months ago, we wondered what we would fill our open hours with!

I must admit - BC is really a beautiful place. It will be hard to leave this natural beauty that has become our home for these past weeks. But we took a picture last Sunday headed back to the airport that reminded us that God's beauty exists elsewhere as well!

We covet your prayers as we wrap up here, clean up the house, say our goodbyes, and head south in a few weeks. This is but one step of many in the coming year(s) and while we are learning to adjust more quickly to these changes, it is never easy to leave somewhere you have called "home".

A good reminder to me (and maybe to you too) from Psalm 50:11 as we move again into a new place:
I know every bird in the mountains,
and the insects in the fields are mine.

How much more will He take care of us, His children. Take care friends.
