Hi everyone... Melissa here. I only have a few minutes before going out shopping with Lydia Funk and some girls from the church here, but have a minute to jump online and wanted to say hello! Lowell will have to post some more pictures here later... for now, you just get a few words from me.
(You didn't really expect anything less, did you?) : )
Our time here has been really rich. The people are wonderful. The food is great. The weather... well, it reminds me these days of Fresno in July, but that's better than reminding me of Thailand! : ) We still have a couple more days here in Piura before we fly back to Lima for a day and a half with a missionary there. Then it will be back to Fresno! It's interesting. Being here has made it much easier to imagine what living here will be like. And I'm starting to really be able to picture it. The hardest thing by far is not having our kids here with us. I miss them like crazy, but am thankful we will soon be back together and on with the next part of this journey.
OK... Our ride is here so I gotta go. Please pray God would finish what He has planned for us here.
