A New Day

It is interesting to wake up one morning and tell your kids that they are going to a new school that day, and that, after dropping them off, you and your wife will also be in school. Timothy was adamant that I was going to work, not school. It all turned out fine. Mikaela's class and teacher are great, Toby had fun, and Timothy was happy that there was a train to play with in his class.

Melissa and I got to meet our classmates, some of which are missionaries for many years, and others new like us. We are in for a tough semester. We give our testimonies tomorrow, and I have an oral book report on a 400-page book by end of the month. There is a lot to absorb, but God has us here - we are sure of that. He continues to bless us with His encouragement, like running into old friends from our Fresno church here on Sunday, Nate and Mattie.

We continue to covet your prayers and emails. We want to know how you are doing, and what is going on in your lives. Fresno is still home for now, and we miss each and every one of you. Take care.
